Your First 5 Steps

Step 1: Set Up Your Organization (5 min)

  1. Log in to Sizemotion
  2. Go to Settings > Organization
  3. Enter your company name and details
  4. Define your organizational structure (if applicable)
  5. Save

Step 2: Invite Your Team (10 min)

  1. Go to People > Directory
  2. Click "Add People"
  3. Enter email addresses or upload a CSV file
  4. Sizemotion will send invitations
  5. Wait for team members to accept

Step 3: Create Your First Review Cycle (15 min)

  1. Go to Performance > Reviews
  2. Click "New Review Cycle"
  3. Choose a template or create custom questions
  4. Set start and end dates
  5. Assign reviewees and reviewers
  6. Launch the review
