Invite & provision
Use the Invite People workflow to bring teammates into Sizemotion with minimal friction.
- Bulk invites: Upload a CSV with email, name, and role columns to add many users at once.
- Invitation tokens: Set expiration windows and require acceptance within 14 days.
- Team assignments: Assign invites to default teams so new users land in the right groups immediately.
Permissions & roles
- Role templates: Use default roles (Admin, Manager, Contributor) or customize for your org.
- Feature toggles: Limit access to integrations, reporting, or admin settings per role.
- Role-based defaults: Pre-define who gets review, goal, and OKR ownership when you assign a role.
- Impersonation: Admins can impersonate to troubleshoot but all impersonation sessions are logged.
Governance & compliance
- Access reviews: Schedule quarterly audits for each team to confirm only necessary users remain active.
- Deprovisioning: Immediately disable users once they leave and revoke any integration tokens in the same sweep.
- Data residency: Track which regions users reside in to control data export/import.
- Audit logs: Use the audit trail to review invites, role changes, and impersonations when compliance questions arise.
Automation & lifecycle
- SCIM & provisioning: Connect to your identity provider to keep user data in sync.
- Work anniversary reminders: Use automation to notify managers about anniversaries or probation completions.
- Integration signals: Trigger alerts when critical users lose access to Slack/GitHub/Jira connectors.
- Notifications: Tell users when policies change, or when they are added to new teams or integrations.
Next steps
- Align team structures so invites feed into organized groups.
- Continue with integrations setup once users are provisioned.
- Coach managers on continuous feedback for new users.
