Use the Invite People workflow to bring teammates into Sizemotion with minimal friction.

  • Bulk invites: Upload a CSV with email, name, and role columns to add many users at once.
  • Invitation tokens: Set expiration windows and require acceptance within 14 days.
  • Team assignments: Assign invites to default teams so new users land in the right groups immediately.

Permissions & roles

  • Role templates: Use default roles (Admin, Manager, Contributor) or customize for your org.
  • Feature toggles: Limit access to integrations, reporting, or admin settings per role.
  • Role-based defaults: Pre-define who gets review, goal, and OKR ownership when you assign a role.
  • Impersonation: Admins can impersonate to troubleshoot but all impersonation sessions are logged.

Governance & compliance

  • Access reviews: Schedule quarterly audits for each team to confirm only necessary users remain active.
  • Deprovisioning: Immediately disable users once they leave and revoke any integration tokens in the same sweep.
